Agreed. I'm building an ADHD-aware personal assistant/mission control system. A lot of mission controls come with bloat. That being said, I noticed while exporting a lot of notes/ideas from SnippetsLab to Obsidian that it's important to create a solid architecture that your agent(s) can use to ingest that content/data relevant to its type. I just released a PDF-to-LLM-Markdown Python interactive CLI to help optimise PDFs for LLM ingestion 🫶

For the first time in HISTORY, Gold just did a $2.4 trillion market cap swing in a single day.

First, on Jan 26, gold added about $880 billion in just 6 hours.

Then during the U.S. session, in roughly 4.5 hours, gold erased $840 billion in a sharp selloff.

After that, when the Asian markets opened, gold added back $720 billion over the next 12 hours.

For an asset that is supposed to be a safe haven, this level of volatility is extreme.
