@leticiakawano Also, there is reasonable evidence that fibrotic HP without a defined antigen has a similar prognosis to UIP. What we need is results of trial to show whether this entity if treated shows similar results to IPF .

@leticiakawano This is a very good point. Pretest probability is key, and HP is important not to miss. However surgical bx diagnosis of HP is often problematic (how many granulomas does it take?).
