@BritishGasHelp on 17 May I replied to your request to submit a photo of my generation meter. Yesterday I received another email saying I hadn’t responded and asked me the same info again. Email is unsuccessful so called the number but it says it is not longer in use! Help! :)
@Iberia@AirNostrumLAM@aena IB you miss the point….your gate team were there. They said they are not allowed to inform passengers of delays. Everyone stood there for 45mins with no information. They said they have no control of the information screen. How can you allow this to happen?

@Iberia@AirNostrumLAM Onto IB3180 screens said boarding, went to gate S31 Stood in queue for 43 mins with no information. IB staff at gate stood with their back to customers. IB staff said they are not allowed to make announcements about delays. #Mustdobetter. Customers deserve info @aena

@traveloneworld good morning. The lounge information on your website for PMI lounge is incorrect. The Valldemosa lounge is no longer in contract with you. Sadly appears to be no one world lounge available in PMI.

@MoonpigUK very sad to hear the wine I sent for an important birthday has arrived smashed. Apparently Royal Mail says it arrived in U.K. broken. But it was woefully packed with not protection. Embarrassing for me.
