I noticed the flight change myself and called THEM in dec, assured it was fixed. I’m supposed to ignore the fact that I would’ve shown up to the airport at 5am and had NO flight to check into - they just didn’t pay the airline bc “they didn’t get to it yet” #capitalone

@askcapitalone do NOT recommend for travel. Loyal customer for 3+ years. flight booked in dec misticketed THREE times. No refund from airline on $157 in seats since it’s not their fault. not even an apology from capital one for the issue, the 7+hrs in calls, or my lost $$.
