1.Simple Bank (great mobile/web apps)
2. Simple bought by BBVA (not great mobile/web apps).
3. BBVA bought by PNC (terrible mobile/web apps - like straight out of 2003).

Having good UI must make you wildly unsuccessful as a bank.
