Testabo vergessen zu kündigen, Kreditkarte nicht belastet, Mahnung kam spät. Keine Reaktion vom Support, Abo lief weiter. 3 Monate zahlen für 1 Artikel. 14 Tage Kündigungsfrist? Nicht zeitgemäss.

@handelsblatt Das Abo wurde trotz inaktiver Zahlungsdaten nicht pausiert, sondern einfach weitergeführt und gemahnt. Kulanz? Null. Ich soll jetzt drei Monate bezahlen, obwohl ich nur einen Artikel gelesen habe.

Ich habe das Testabo schlicht vergessen zu kündigen. Meine Kreditkarte konnte nicht belastet werden, dennoch kam erst viel später eine schriftliche Mahnung. Ich habe sofort reagiert, mehrfach den Kundenservice kontaktiert – Rückmeldungen kamen spät oder gar nicht.

@NetatmoSupport I am aware of that, but at Homematic it comes as standard, which confuses me a bit. It would all be no problem if I didn't have to pay an additional 27 francs for the adapters.

@NetatmoSupport Today I received the starter kit, but the Danfoss RAV 34 mm adapter is missing, which was included as standard by Homematic IP. I was surprised, but well, you can order the adapter. 10 francs for 10 adapters ok, but I have to wait 4 days + pay 17 francs shipping
