At Logan Airport rental car plaza, there is a 50 person line at your counter and growing with only two people at the counters. Zero line at any other rental car counter. This is able to be anticipated. Please plan better in the future.

@Avis Without being dramatic, this is truly one of the worst rental cR pick up experiences I have had in my life. When you have this number of reservations, staffing a counter with two agents at the holiday season is inexcusable.
