@RelianceDigital They simply give a baseless reply. My product was under brand warranty for 2 years (valid upto April 2025) and the extended warranty by Reliance Digital upto April 2026. They ask me to contact Brand. What a foolish reply. I don't want to purchase any product from Reliance.

@RelianceDigital Bought Bosch Mixer Grinder vide bill 874532723501039 dtd 13.4.2023.There was an issue with the motor.I contacted the RESQ team.They guided me to contact Bosch service centre.Technician from Bosch came & replaced motor. Reliance digital refused to reimburse amount

@RelianceDigital Please be informed that the product is under Extended warranty by Reliance Digital. The brand warranty (Bosch) ended after 2 years on 12.04.2025. Extended warranty is valid upto 12.4.2026

Reliance dupe the customers. The CS team has escalation matrix. I contacted their Grievance Officer & management. But no-one cares
