@KentROSystems your Jaipur service provider, Safex Technologies, is cheating customers. I’ve had an AMC with them for 2+ years. On 10 Aug, their executive replaced the RO motor; it stopped working today,just 2 days later. Now they refuse to replace it.Please resolve this urgently

Order# 171-5208577-9026724, Date# 26/6/2024.
Shipment picked 2 qty and refund of only 1 qty received.
Can someone look in as the customer care team is not capable of giving a solution?
