- Subendothelial injury with Ig, complement= leukocyte infiltration =inflammation

- Remember GBM protects!

- So, the glomerulus makes NEW GBM below deposits= double contour=new GBM walls off deposits =thus reduces leukocyte influx= less/no inflammation
