@Cera_India can anyone help me out regarding a complaint which got rejected TWICE by Jpr HO,even though it was reported by 2 technicians at different times, who specifically mentioned that the one piece WC which I had bought from Udaipur was cracked, and even made a video of it.

@Cera_India @trilokdixit23 Thank u for replying. I am grateful. Complaint no 1- C26040701085, customer name is wrong.complaint no 2- C26041000672. Both technicians reported that there was a crack in comode, along with supporting video. Both were rejected. Reason- cleaning issue!!! Attached is one reply,

@UdaipurDm Sir, this is a humble request on behalf of all the ppl who either cycle or walk or jog on Rani road around FS in the morning hours...to install speed cameras and issue challans to drivers or riders who think that FS road is a Formula 1 track. Police are there for show

@TrafficUdaipur Traffic police needs to be strict with the offenders. जिस तरह से पब्लिक यहां पर अपने वाहन चलती है और rules & regulations की धज्जियां उड़ती है, उससे तो नहीं लगता कि ट्रैफिक पुलिस कुछ करती है। सामने सामने से लोगrules तोड़ते हैं और ट्रैफिक पुलिस वाले खड़े रहते हैं
