Booked a flight from Oman to Abu Dhabi -all confirmed. Arrive at Muscat Airport & told we are not booked on flight?! Etihad office opens same time as our flight departs!Had to buy a new ticket so we dont miss our connecting flight to Londn.Ridiculous!
