@PizzaHutCanada so apparently I’m not able to contact you online. How do I then contact you when the store I ordered online from does not provide me a refund on a cancelled order because of their issue? I also filled out the survey on the receipt and still nothing.

@Uber_Support This has been resolved. After almost an hour of fighting with your agents. One of which disconnected me. This is an example of the horrible “customer service” @Uber provides. I could understand being treated like this if I was a constant credit seeker, which I have never been.

@Uber_Support a lesson in what customer service is not. Getting disconnected without a resolution. No food, no refund. Had to fight with two chat agents-after 1st disconnected. After 45+ mins, offered $20 credit. On a $30 order. On food I never received. No history of complaints

@RealDuncanHines @DollyParton I was trying to purchase FOR someone in the US. Any other time I’ve seen something for sale for the US only, at least those sites allow me to enter a US mailing address and still works. Too many companies don’t give an F about Canada, and I’m sick of it.
