@adopteeson when looking up ancestry does anyone else feel super annoyed that you can either look up family you’re not related to at all…or try and dig for family that is yours that have snuffed you out of existence with an amended birth certificate. Feels pointless.

@FereraSwan Yes and in my reunion I am the walking symbol of what was lost...years gone, I can’t be a baby again, I’m different than my first mom’s other kids and she still misses baby me and would like to relive my childhood but instead found an independent 21 year old.

You can’t and don’t know their intentions or hardships or reasons...want and desire are for his first mom to reconcile. What if she wanted a better life for him—that’s not the same as not wanting.
