Biker should not overtake in such narrow situation. Blunder is of the Auto guy who stopped his vehicle on the Road. And the Car fellow should have maintained his lane, rather than moving towards his right.

@CYBTRAFFIC I like your initiative to educate the public on traffic et all. Also, I have to make a request. Please depute a constable+camera to click the two wheelers who drive on the wrong side, opp to Hockey ground, Shantinagar. OR REMOVE the rope, so that all can take right turn at will.
