@bookingcom does your customer service not read what is sent in the message before replying? How am I supposed to contact the phone support when it won't let me talk to anyone without having a confirmation and pin? My credit card is not being accepted for a booking. 1/n
@bookingcom i have been trying for the past two hours to complete a booking and none of my credit cards will be accepted. I have requested a call back from your team and they ask me to call numbers which require a confirmed booking... Three emails already telling me the same 2/n
