After 17 years of calling Gurgaon home, today broke something inside me. For the first time, I felt an overwhelming sense of grief and sheer helplessness just stepping out of my door to pick kid from school.
​A few hours of rain shouldn't reduce a "millennium city" into a stranded, chaotic nightmare. The city didn't fail us ,the system, the administration.
​For nearly two decades we have paid our taxes, built our lives, and hoped for better, only to be met with the same negligence year after year from concerned team.
​We are not just commuters stuck in traffic; we are parents with our kids,we are children with our elderly parents, we are spouse, we are siblings we are human beings. We matter.Our lives matter. Our children’s futures and our family's safety matter.
​We cannot stay quiet anymore while our dignity is washed away with every downpour. It is time they hear us, loud and clear.

An Indian engineer in Bengaluru got tired of potholes destroying his car.

So he built an app with Codex that detects them, finds who is responsible, and files a complaint.

Here is how it works. He installed a dashcam with GPS and an accelerometer. The app records everything while he drives.

A vision model classifies every pothole by size. Small, medium, large.

But here is the clever part. Most Indian roads are under warranty.

The contractor who built them is legally responsible for fixing potholes for free.

His app searches through 2,900 government contracts, finds the exact tender number, identifies the officer responsible, attaches the photo and geolocation, and generates a ready-to-file complaint.

One drive to work. 12 potholes detected. 12 complaints ready.

It is unfortunate step to have removed @PradeepIAS_HR MCGC in the middle of such a crucial period leading to D2D waste mgmt, C & D waste project and a pollution roadmap among others. If continuity is threatened no officer will be able to give required performance. @cmohry the delays were mostly from @ulbharyana and Chandigarh.
