Researchers spent 500 hours and $70,000 and found LG TVs logging plain text transcripts in standby, mapping every device in the house, and feeding it to LG's ad arm
Unplug the internet and it saves the files until you plug back in.
LG says its TVs don't record ambient conversations.
The evidence begs to differ.
216 million of these are sitting in living rooms.
Where are the regulators?

Finally! Proxmox VE officially supports Arm. At least the more server-grade Arm platforms.
I tested it on my Ampere Altra Max 128-core workstation, and it runs there (though I did hit a couple hiccups).

@dhh Do you manually test on these test machines? Do you have any test automation setup for these devices? It would be sick to have the testing automated.
From a dev:
Them: "OMG I spent $1,000 with Fable on a single day via API. I have no idea how anyone can afford it."
Me: "How did you afford it?"
Them: "My company pays for it, so it's practically free for me, so I don't count."
I assume this is how most people afford it!
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

Ghostty is leaving GitHub. I'm GitHub user 1299, joined Feb 2008. I've visited GitHub almost every single day for over 18 years. It's never been a question for me where I'd put my projects: always GitHub. I'm super sad to say this, but its time to go. https://t.co/DQDemHdytV
@FrameworkPuter $1599 is only the CPU and laptop without storage and memory. Add that and itโs about $2500. Very steep but almost same as top of the line MacBook Pros!

All are fixed in v2.1.116+ and weโve reset usage limits for all subscribers.

Cloudflare Mesh just launched. We ran real iperf3 benchmarks across NetBird, Tailscale, and CF Mesh on the same machines, same conditions.
The results? It depends on where you're connecting.
Here's what we found. A thread.
