Have been receiving a few videos of Christians being threatened ahead of Xmas. This verified video has shocked and angered me. A BJP district vice president Anju Bhargav assaulted and abused a visually impaired girl in MP's Jabalpur, claiming she was enabling ‘religious conversion’ with a cop just standing by. Targeting Indian Christians in this manner ahead of Xmas is pathetic. Is this the mindset we wish to show to the world? SHAME. 😡

SBI = STRESS BEYOND IMAGINATION🚨

STATE BANK OF INDIA: India’s Largest Bank, But Also the Largest Pressure Factory

Once again Yesterday at @s Prayagraj RM Swadesh Srivastava held a meeting that started at 6:30 PM and continued beyond 8:30 PM.
A picture received at 7:43 PM clearly shows the meeting was still ongoing.

In peak winter, late evening hours, instead of allowing employees to go home to their families, what do they give them?

👉 Stress, pressure, targets, humiliation and fear.

The real questions are: After suffering mental torture till 8:30 at night,
➡ How can a banker spend even one peaceful hour with family?
➡ How can they sleep with a calm mind?
➡ How will they wake up the next morning with positive energy and work wholeheartedly for the bank?

This is not performance management.
This is brutal mental harassment.

They are not improving banking, they are destroying the banking environment and breaking the backbone of bankers.

Demolish the bankers, demolish the banking that seems to be the approach.

And sadly SBI is leading the banking sector. But SBI is also leading in harassment and toxic pressure culture.

Bankers are not machines. You want results? Fine. But remember that bank targets can be achieved by bank strategies, not by breaking people. Bankers also have families, emotions, health and dignity.

#PNB_ALIGARH: UNIONS THROW STAFF IN DARK, Circle Manager ANIL CHAUDHARY RULES FROM AC CABIN.

In @pnbindia Salgavan Branch (Aligarh Circle) and other branches as well, staff is forced to work till late night on regular basis in this cold weather. In a completely rural area, with no lights, no safety, no transport nothing.
Just targets. Pressure. Fear. Threats.

As reported they are closed branch in mobile light. And what if tomorrow something happens?
❗ If someone meets with an accident?
❗ If they get robbed?
❗ If someone snatches keys, takes staff hostage, and loots the branch?

WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE?
Circle Office? Zonal Office? Management?
Or will they again blame the staff like they always do?

While the ground staff suffer, employees feel that Circle head #Anil_Chaudhary is showing an aristocratic, high-handed style of functioning as if targets matter more than the lives of the staff working in risky rural conditions.

Management comfortably sits in AC cabins, but rural staff are left to risk their lives. When danger comes, management leaves them. Police treats them like criminals.
And unions? SLEEPING.

One PNB union leader @kmarkri always says,
This staff is not my member… that staff is not my member But today, these staff are his own members. Where is he now? Silent.
And yes, it hurts that @alashshukla one of the most active voices on Twitter, A PNB employee, from the SAME circle, And an AGS of a union is also silent.
Why?
Why does the voice go mute when the problem is inside PNB?

And to my young comrade Dear #Alankrit
You talk about change, about youth leadership but you are working under the same retired leaders who never face the ground reality. Why not choose leaders from working staff who actually suffer this pressure?

Today PNB Aligarh Circle has only one message for staff:
“Targets first. Your safety, your life, your family - last.”

Management squeezes employees.
Unions are silent.
And bankers are left abandoned.

Bravo, PNB. Bravo, Unions.
Another day, another betrayal of your own people.

This time, it’s Latika, a young officer who recorded herself in tears. Humiliated. Called “extra.” Told she had no value.

She was pregnant but stress and trauma took her child. Instead of support, management forced her to resign. In her video, she said she wanted to end her life.

How many more will we lose before someone listens? This is not banking anymore, it is mental cruelty.
