@JioCare Paid for a SIM on 21 May, yet still no delivery despite multiple DMs and service requests (SR000036T431, SR0000381T4X). Their support is a loop of automated requests for info I’ve already shared.

@JioCare Reply doesn't provide a resolution or time lines. I have paid the full amount for home delivery. If you are unable to do so pls refund my amount. If there so many issues in providing a simcard I can imagine the service coming thru.@airtelindia@BSNLCorporate@MIB_India
