सरकारी बैंकों के दर्जनों कर्मचारियों ने अपनी बात रखी है। वे अपने कामकाज के दबाव से बहुत परेशान हैं। कई बेहतर विकल्प के तलाश में हैं। सरकार को इनसे संवाद करनी चाहिए। जबरन दबाव और टारगेट का तनाव कम करना चाहिए। अच्छी स्थिति नहीं है।

अब तो जैसे आदत सी हो गई है मुझे यह लिखने की।लगातार हमले पर हमले होते जा रहे हैं और कोई सुध लेने वाला नहीं है बस सरकार और हर किसी को अपना काम बैंक कर्मियों से करवाना होता है पर वह जिए या मरे किसी को फर्क नहीं पड़ता।
