Life is all about sex. Life is driven by sex. Sex is what creates life and ends it. Every living thing is born of it, and every movement in the world revolves around it- though few are honest enough to admit it. Every duty, every passion, every desire, every ambition - they are all variations of the same underlying force: sex. Passion is nothing but the refined expression of that primal energy. Take sex away, and life loses its meaning. Life is sex, and sex is life. It may sound absurd, but thatтАЩs the plain truth. Every pursuit - whether for wealth, knowledge, or recognition - arises from impressions gathered in a world steeped in sexual energy. Business, marketing, art, technology, politics - everything ultimately revolves around power, and power exists for the sake of sex. To renounce sex is to renounce the world itself. That is why saints turn away from it - because once the root desire is dropped, nothing worldly remains interesting. Every action matters only because there is victory or defeat, success or failure. Strip life of that duality, and it collapses into stillness. The urge for victory is born of ego, and ego sprouts from the desire to possess, to command - at its core, the desire for sex. Money, power, fame - they are all subtle currencies of attraction, means to impress and dominate in the game of desire. Humans act тАЬhonorable,тАЭ but beneath their civility lies the same biological truth: life is about sex. Those who deny it merely wish to appear noble while dancing to the same ancient rhythm.
@DeadlyLaw going Ga Ga over the gr8 move is good and revolution, but please clarify why CJI Gavai chose not to tell that his relative was appointed ??? ЁЯШО
The Hidden Revolution Inside the Gavai Collegium
The Supreme Court quietly uploaded the complete record of High Court appointments processed under CJI BR Gavai. First it seemed like just another official document, but It isnтАЩt. It is the most detailed and revealing disclosure the Collegium has ever made.
Between 14 May 2025 and today, the Collegium processed 129 names and approved 93. For a six month window, that scale is historic. It signals urgency. It signals intent. It signals a system trying to catch up to a massive backlog.
And inside the statistics is a story of transformation.
The breakup alone is astonishing. Out of the 93 approvals, 11 are OBC or BC, 10 are SC, 13 are from minority communities, 15 are women. Until now, even basic category disclosure was rare. Suddenly, we have a granular map of who is entering the judiciary.
For decades the numbers came in shadows. This is the first time the Collegium has chosen to turn the light on.
Something else stands out. The Bar is the clear winner of this cycle. Advocates from Bombay, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Allahabad appear again and again. A decisive push for Bar talent is here, and Bombay dominates the flow like never before.
But the biggest focus is visible in one High Court. Allahabad. Page after page lists candidates for Allahabad. The largest sanctioned strength in the country has lived with chronic vacancies. This is the first time in years that the lists look like a systematic attempt to fix that.
And then, suddenly, the transparency punches through the page.
The document identifies which recommended candidates are related to sitting or former judges. Fathers. Mothers. In-laws. The document counts five such cases. Never before has the Collegium voluntarily made this public. The message is unmistakable. If relatives are being appointed, the public will now know.
This would have been unimaginable five years ago.
Alongside this, a new column quietly changes everything. For each name, the document notes the date of recommendation, the date the Government notified the appointment, and the date of elevation. The delay between both sides is visible in plain sight.
For years, the debate was a blame game without data. Now the delays can be measured. Now the responsibility for those delays is traceable.
And then comes the sharpest page of all. A section listing judges recommended under previous Chief Justices, but appointed only now. Some of those names were pending since April 2023. Some since May 2023. Suddenly, the invisible pipeline is visible.
The public can finally see how long the Government kept names waiting.
This is less of housekeeping and more of a narrative control through transparency. A preemptive answer to every allegation that the Collegium hides, favours, protects, shields. The walls have been taken down from the inside.
The Gavai Collegium has done four things at once. Increased volume. Increased representation. Pulled the Bar back into the centre. And exposed the bottlenecks.
If this becomes the standard, no future Collegium will be able to return to silence. Once you publish caste splits, gender counts, pending names, kin disclosures and executive delays in one place, secrecy collapses as an option.
The Supreme Court has rarely spoken through data.
Today, it did.
@CivicOp_india stop spreading misinformation. IAS Divya Mittal was rightly transferred, as she is guilty of misconduct as a civil servant, not to invite the local MLA in Jal Pujan, all government work in the constituency is through the elected representatives not executive.
Are women the biggest enemies of women?
On the left тАФ IAS officer Divya Mittal, who brought tap water to Lahuria village, Uttar Pradesh, ending 75 years of water scarcity.
On the right тАФ Rinki Kol, MLA from Chhanbey constituency, Mirzapur district, belonging to Apna Dal (Sonelal) тАФ an ally of the ruling BJP under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
For decades, LahuriaтАЩs villagers survived on tanker water. Their pleas to MPs, MLAs, and ministers went unanswered тАФ until Divya Mittal stepped in and delivered what politicians couldnтАЩt.
But when she didnтАЩt invite the MLA to the тАЬJal PujanтАЭ ceremony, ego triumphed over public service. The MLA wrote to the CM тАФ and the officer who changed lives was promptly transferred.
Soon after, the newly laid water pipeline was vandalized by тАЬanti-social elementsтАЭ (allegedly linked to the MLAтАЩs goons) тАФ cutting off the water supply once again.
So, whoтАЩs really empowering women тАФ and whoтАЩs punishing them for doing their job? ЁЯТзЁЯТФ
