What is the status of the incomplete 90-foot DP road connecting Chandivali Farm Road to JVLR? Residents had staged a hunger strike, after which @mybmcInfra floated a tender to complete the road in August 2023. BMC does not seem to learn from its mistakes.
Broken pothole cover on Nahar Amrit Shakti Road, near Kherani Road (Sakinaka/Chandivali).
This poses an immediate risk of accidents for pedestrians and commuters. Requesting urgent repair at the earliest.

Despite Residents objections an illegal unnamed structure is built on BMC's amenity space
🚩NO FIRE DEPARTMENT NOC.
🚩Layout Plan not approved by BMC and Fire Department.
🚩 NO IOD and NO commencement certificate from @mybmc.

As per DCR rules any structure built without prior approval of the layout plan from BMC and fire department is illegal.

No open spaces are left on the three sides of the building, and the structure is built on the boundary wall of the adjacent society.

Location: CTS 18B, next to woodland hsg society, Vijay fire road, Chandivali.
Residents demand a children's playground in this open space.

Today a fire erupted at the Sai Sapphire building in Powai today around 9.30 am.  A few meters away is a minifire station, which has neither staff nor a fire engine. This issue has been raised several times by us and amplified by the media. Despite that, this important resource is wasted by @mybmc, and no efforts have been taken by them to make this fire station fully functional. This demand has been raised in the Chandivali Cha Manifesto during the MP and MLA elections. This is the condition of Mumbai after a BMC budget of Rs. 74000 crores.
