@gmerc you're right, sadx does look q lot better on the gamecube. its the more widely available ports of it that are truly broken.

@motel_suave no it really isnt. he gives his thoughts and maybe that's nitpicking, but the video is entirely factual and sadx objectively (for the most part) is a visual downgrade due to the graphical bugs

@Dastanovich_ cant find it now but i swear boundary break did an episode on sonic 06 and he showed what happened here, knuckles didn't ragdoll but his mocap actor just did something like a stretch or a squat iirc. the camera placement definitely makes it look like he ragdolls though

@keff0m puzzle tips should definitely be a toggle or add-on mod. would love to hear the cut dialogue in-game but not if the characters are gonna be overbearing with the puzzle hints lol

@Umbracoatl @EpicGames oh i've run into this issue quite a few times when using windows 11. i've found that my pc randomly decides to stop detecting my ssd that has windows 11 installed on it and causes this blue screen until i hard reset. dont we love vibecoded operating systems?

@nknico1 @danivempire666 the game files from a legitimate copy of the game needs to be provided by the user. whether the user pirates the game or provides their own copy is on them, not the people who made this recompilation project

@jsteoff that part and the part where you gotta keep backtracking to shape the keys was really annoying. i get it was to give time for the story dump codec calls but still. yeesh

@Aladoofus jailbreaking a console like that basically opens it up to being used for whatever someone wants. can run emulators, homebrew games, custom software, etc.

you wouldn't be able to go online because it breaks the tos but you basically give your console the freedom of a pc
