I recently purchased a brand new Tesla model Y which has been repaired, the sales person at the Plano, TX showroom mentioned that it had only a damage on its lift gate and has been repaired.

I tried to reach out to customer care and also visited the Tesla showroom and received response saying sorry you have signed the waiver form at the time of delivery which didn't have a list of repairs, just the total cost of the repair and we can't do anything at this point.
