ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਪਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ।
ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ADO, ASI, HDO, DMO, SCO ਤੇ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਅਹਿਮ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਲੀ ਹਨ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟਸ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ (ASAP) ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਇਹ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜਲਦ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦ ਖਾਲੀ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਭਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰੇ, ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਨੀਂ ਜੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਰਕ ਰਹੀ।
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਡਟ ਕੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਮੈਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਖਾਲੀ ਪਈਆਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੇਤੀ ਭਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ। ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਕੁੰਭਕਰਨੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਗਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਕੇ ਇਸ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਵੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਮੰਨੀ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਦੇ ਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਭਰਤੀਆਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।

ਅੱਜ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਵੇਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ, ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ… ਇਸਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਹੈ।
👉 ਹੜ੍ਹ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਫਰਵਰੀ ਤੇ ਮਾਰਚ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ‘ਚ ਬਿਜ਼ੀ ਸਨ।
👉 ਜੇ ਇਹ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੰਡ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਤੇ 30 ਜੂਨ ਤੱਕ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਅ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ।
👉 ਪਰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਜੂਨ ‘ਚ ਹੋਈ ਤੇ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਿਆ।
⛈️ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੀਂਹ ਵੱਧ ਪੈਣਗੇ। ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਡੈਮਾਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਘਟਾਉਣਾ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਚਮਕਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਖੇ ਬਣ ਬੈਠੇ ਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
👉 24 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਤੋਂ 20 ਮਈ ਤੱਕ ਜਦੋਂ ਡੈਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਘਟਾਉਣਾ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਕਦਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
⚠️ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਅੱਜ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੈ – ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਡੁੱਬ ਗਿਆ, ਲੋਕ ਬੇਘਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
ਹੁਣ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਕੌਣ ਲਵੇਗਾ?
ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਚਮਕਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ ?
