News of Shri Mahesh Shelke, IOCL Field Officer of Nanded North RSA under Solar DO, being killed by the son of a dealer, as was the case with Manjunath, shocked the officer community, those serving or retired, and prompted a demand for police escort during RO takeovers or critical inspections from top management. But does management really have time for officers' welfare? Aren't they busy planning to sell branded water instead of oil and gas, and recalling the EOI under pressure? Or busy getting S-352, Greater Kailash-1 office space vacated from IROWA? What can we expect from management, who have all the time for enjoyment at IOCL's cost but no time to meet IROWA, to listen and resolve hardships, not remembering that everyone is mortal? @IndianOilcl@ChairmanIOCL@ChairmanONGC@cmdbpcl@CMD__HPCL@DirMktg_iocl@DirHR_iocl@DirPBD_iocl@Secretary_MoPNG
Yesterday, an IOCL officer was killed in MH while carrying out his duty. He had simply gone there to do his job, yet the petrol bunk owner brutally assaulted him with 🔪, resulting in his death.
And today no newspaper or news channel cover this news.
