@RailMinIndia On the inauguration of Amrit Bharat Express, I've witnessed these things at Cherlapally railway station and inside the train compartment. Hizras threatening money from passengers, beggars entered the train and dogs hovering all over the newly constructed station.

All India We Bankers Officer's Association writes to @RBI Governor regarding request to reform SMA/NPA norms to prevent forced holiday work and ensure humane working conditions in banks. Already Bank Officers are overburdened with too much workload with No Work Life Balance. Adding fuel to the fire the long pending demand of #5daysBanking is kept on hold since 2 years after the proposal file sent to @DFS_India by @ChiefIba as a result Bankers are getting sick due to #BurnoutSyndrome #Exhaustion #Criticalillness, #depression #Hypertension #Diabetes
So RBI should relax IRAC norms for NPA and SMA so that Bank Officials don't have to work on Holidays (2nd, 4th Sat and Sundays) and they may contribute time to their social obligations and family. This will only improve further productivity of Employees and overall Bank Business Growth.

Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Honorable Finance Minister @nsitharaman has been keenly following up with the heads of all Sponsor Banks for the last two years to upgrade Technology in RRBs on par with that of respective Sponsor Banks.
But, the Sponsor Banks are reluctant to allow all IT services in RRBs taking some plea or the other, but the fact is their mind set not to compete with them.
GOI or NABARD may initiate for common Software and common server among all 43 RRBs for cutting edge technology with efficient services to rural customers.

As per tentatively figures of FY 2023-24 RRBs consolidatedly crossed 11 Lakh crore business figure and making a gross profit of more than 8000 crores
But the DFS is not giving fair treatment to the Gramin Bankers....
