@SamueleMarcora LOL! The fact this even has to be made still blows my mind. We should have jumped on some silly band wagon of our own years ago, making up outlandish stuff and writing a book, cashing in. People will believe anything if easy to grasp with little effort.

@DrNadolsky@DrKarlNadolsky But it always seemed to me, that any additional adipose, as a response to chronic overload, would have to atrophy to allow one to maintain the loss without uncontrolled hunger, but how much study has been done, do you know? Been out of this topic for about a decade.
@DrNadolsky@DrKarlNadolsky which always lead me to wonder, how much a prolonged caloric deficit would it take before adipose tissue atrophies and in different individuals. I looked way back, but don't recall ever seeing such information or data, at all. Not sure we know.
