@stackerco Hard to say what all the situations are for other people leaving, but being honest with yourself is also really hard. People don't usually leave for a single reason, it's multi-faceted.

That's just one person ("they" was used just for additional anonymity), but some of the others feel like similar stuff might have happened there but played less of a role.
