Last night was the last time I’ll spend time working out randomly. I spent a long time yesterday researching how to properly split my workouts, I created a workout plan on Google Sheets to keep track and record everything. Hoping to see some real progress by next year. Praying to
Quartering calls Crumbl "predatory" for not putting a label on their drink about what's in it, but threw a fit when asked to do the same for CoffeeBrandCoffee??
@Sassythelight I’ll say Starrk and include that we never actually saw Stark go all out. In fact in Kubo’s Klub outside he said when Aizen first learned of Starrk’s existence he opted to leave him alone due to how strong he was.
I like Ulquiorra more and hope we get to see him in the Hell arc.
THEO VON: “Was there anybody who was immune to COVID-19?”
DR. MCCULLOUGH: “There’s one adult group. You’re going to laugh.”
[Theo Von listens closely for the reveal]
DR. MCCULLOUGH: “Smokers… They got very mild cases. And they don’t get long COVID.”
THEO VON: “Why?”
MCCULLOUGH: “Because smokers maintain a level of nicotine in the bloodstream… Smoking blocks the spike protein. It’s amazing. I thought smokers were going to go down.”

@CAMELCASTOff Planet Fitness is the worst. Prior to living in Texas I had a membership there and I went in to cancel my membership and they for real kept charging me several months. I’d call from Texas and they’d say I have to come to my main gym to cancel.
