Hello, Vidit. I am not a fan of chess, but you are an important person for our country and I did not mean to offend your family. I am sure they are good people. I was stating plain facts from a professional standpoint and I do not mince my words. You may call that ego or whatever, to console yourself, no problem.
Your statement on Doctors Day claiming an Ayurveda practitioner, Homeopath, Cosmetologist and a Physiotherapist were doctors is wrong and I stand by my words. Doctors' Day in India marks both the birth and death anniversary of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, one of India's most revered physicians and a key figure in shaping the healthcare system.
Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Cosmetology or Physiotherapy are not realistic clinical medicine or and their practitioners are not clinical physicians. Physiotherapy is a legit branch of healthcare (adjunct to clinical medicine), but the rest are just plain sham - especially Homeopathy, which is also known as N*zi Medicine because H*tler tried to integrate it with conventional medicine at the time.
You got all worked up and started personally attacking me because you were ignorant of this fact. I do not need to keep an ego towards a chess GM or his family. You don't make me insecure and your family is of no concern to me from a professional standpoint.
But what you claim them to be - has major public health consequence, because someone of your stature, being ignorant about science and health affects public perception of realistic healthcare and pseudoscientific practices.
Your statements normalize pseudoscience and primitive therapies as healthcare practices when they are not. They are alternative medicine. And alternative medicine is medicine that is not proven to work. Just like there is no alternative chemistry, alternative physics or alternative mathematics, alternative medicine is also not medicine. And its practitioners are not doctors.
I am a certified internist with a doctorate in hepatology and liver transplant medicine with 260 peer reviewed scientific publications, 4400 citations and h-index of 30 (just for your information). You don't know me and how useful I am to my patients and their families. I suggest you do a bit of homework before throwing such childish tantrums.
I am staying in my lane and always have. Calling out medical misinformation is what I do apart from being a full-time doctor. I suggest you stay in your lane and discuss more on chess. Sorry for the checkmate. And for a change, talk about chess and try being useful. All the best for your future matches.
BOMBSHELL NEWS
AstraZeneca just ADMITTED IN COURT that their covid injection can cause a severe blood clot side effect.
This is absolutely huge news.
They are now being sued in a class action lawsuit from victims that have suffered after being lied to by the "experts" about "safe and effective", with lawyers saying that the AstraZeneca injection is DEFECTIVE.
It is in this lawsuit that AstraZeneca admitted that their covid injection "can, in very rare cases, cause TTS".
There we have it - The TRUTH is FINALLY beginning to come out after all these years!
What is TTS?
It is short for Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome.
Those are very long and fancy words, but essentially what it means is that a person gets BOTH blood clots and low blood platelet counts.
Meaning that people can get both blood clots AND internal bleeding at the same time.
The consequences.
This admission from the pharmaceutical company means that victims could get a massive legal payout. The first lawsuit was started by Jamie Scott, a father of two who was left with a permanent brain injury after getting the AstraZeneca injection.
"We need an apology, fair compensation for our family and other families who have been affected. We have the truth on our side, and we are not going to give up" said Kate Scott, the wife of the victim.
In total, 51 cases have now been lodged in Britain and victims and relatives are seeking damages worth £100 million.
But the government has promised to pay for the pharmaceutical giant's legal bills. So if they lose, the government will step in and pay - Using tax payers money of course.
This is because of an indemnity deal that AstraZeneca made with the government during covid.
Meanwhile, just days ago, AstraZeneca reported revenue o over £10 BILLION in the first quarter of 2024.
Big Pharma is making Big Profit.
In fact, this TTS is nothing new. In Italy, several doctors and medical staff were under investigation by the public prosecutor after an 18 year old girl died after getting AstraZeneca.
And the European Medicines Agency said already in April 2021 that blood clots combined with low blood platelets should be listed as a very rare side effect of the AstraZeneca injection. So this has been known for a long time.
The question is, why weren't people more informed about this? As far as I can remember, the mainstream media has not done a very good job of informing people of these side effects.
The narrative was always that the it was SAFE and EFFECTIVE, yet they knew that they were not.
Please SHARE this everywhere - The truth is finally coming out.

@AnupamSaxena02@MUTD_Arnav @MukaLaat @anandmahindra Why should a particular industry be nannied against the interest of a billion consumers?
It's pure lobbying which is preventing a billion Indians from accessing world class products in the name of nationalism.
"Mansplaining" is an unhelpful term born from a clash of communication styles.
People who use the label often push the narrative that men are intentionally patronising towards women. (Psst...some are...don't be that guy!)
But such a hard conclusion also disregards how men cultivate relationships - which can be very different to women.
Male conversation is often dominated with knowledge exchange and recommendations about things ("you should try this" "have you done that?").
And it often lacks talking about emotions and people ("have you heard about..." "that must have felt...").
Even a quick twitter poll shows this. 93% of men say the content of their conversations with same sex friends is best categorised as "knowledge" vs "feelings". For women? 42% - less than half.
Forgetting about whether that's "right" or "wrong" - the point is that the types of conversations men have to become closer to one another are often different to those women have.
So what happens when a man, in an effort to become closer to women, applies the same communication style they use to build relationships with other men? You guessed it: "Stop mansplaining".
It's a failure of cross-sex mind reading, perhaps. Poor social skills and emotional intelligence on behalf of the man.
But the irony is, assuming the motive is to be patronising, rather than relationship-building, is also potentially a failure of cross-sex mind reading!
Final thought - people who are patronising are rarely patronising to just one sex. They're patronising to everyone. Hence, in my house, we call it "And(rew)splaining" ;)
