I pay for PDCTV so I can get early access to tickets and I’m also a darts fan.

I was with the army and missed the sale by a day and couldn’t get tickets. I get I missed out but there shouldn’t be a £350 mark up on tickets for this event!

Medals have been prepped for 2 days now, too tip is to put them in a zip lock bag, they won’t tarnish.

On this day 23 August 2006, E(Easy) Company 3 PARA were dropped into Musa Qal’eh by a single Chinook.

During our time in Musa Qal’eh, we had 3 KIA and another 12 WIA, some very seriously.

In total we were there for 56 days with the following ordnance used:

25500Kg of ordnance dropped
45 Gun Runs
69 Rockets fired
8 Hellfires

And an insane amount of small arms that included 5.56 ball and link, 7.67 Link, .50, L109 HE grenades, Phos Grenades, 51mm Mortars and 81mm Mortars.

Weekend supporting 2 R IRISH on their PDT for an upcoming exercise in the USA.

Providing timely and accurate information while also using ATAK, sUAS and Starlink to provide SA and a live drone feed to commanders on the ground.
