Woke up at 7:50 AM to book Diwali train tickets because reservations opens at 8 AM, only to discover that IRCTC has apparently been engineered to prevent people from booking tickets rather than actually booking them. Whoever architected this disaster, whoever approved it, and the entire team responsible for maintaining this glorified error generator should seriously reconsider their career choices. The website keeps throwing people out, sessions die for no reason, and booking one ticket feels like trying to hack into a government server. How does a country that calls itself a service-based economy still operate a platform this embarrassingly broken? I genuinely have no idea what the ministry is doing, but IRCTC doesn't need another patch it needs to be deleted, buried, and rebuilt from scratch by people who have actually used a website before

What kind of multilevel scam is this to loot money from public??

And even after that their servers are sh!t so you can't book one easily.
Next is loop of Tatkal, RAC ,Agent, TTE etc. You can't escape this loop even if you are aware.

@DelhiJalBoard it’s been almost 3weeks now and the problem is not solved. It’s become daily trauma to me to wake up at 4:00 AM and keep trying to check if the water come or not

@IRCTCofficial You opened the ticket as concern for refund while I asked about the issue I am facing during booking, Suppose if someone have to travel in urgency how will they manage to have a ticket. If your booking service is that bad.

It is a humble request with @narendramodi & @AshwiniVaishnaw & @RailMinIndia, each time I tried booking on @IRCTCofficial it always not got booked post the payment is done and seat was available. It’s been 3 consecutive days now. Why can’t you fix this.

@IRCTCofficial @IRCTCofficial I didn’t ask for the refund status I know if the ticket is not confirmed it will be refunded, my concern was that even tough the successful debit of amount why the ticket is not being booked. 4 days in a row and yet no success.

@ProteanEgovTech I recently visited the website and found that your website are too old tech. It exploded and throws JavaNullOinterException. Also, I wanted to share that I have created my account using aadhar but the names fetched by your system is wrong.
