Representation by candidates of color grew most in minority-majority districts where white voters are still the largest group. RCV encourages coalition building!
@RJFravel@ethantate Good reminder that you can never infer what would have happened in an RCV race from the final tally of a single choice election. Lots of voters hedge their bets and don’t pick their true favorite when they can’t rank. RCV also affects how the candidates campaign.
