“I will not in good conscience send young men and women off to die on foreign battlefields,” said Joe Kent, former director of the US National Counterterrorism Center, at a Catholic gala this week.
“We're at a critical juncture in the war in Iran; we need to let our leaders hear that we do not support this war,” he added.
Kent made the remarks at the annual Catholic Prayer for America Gala in Washington, DC, where he was asked why he resigned from his position on 17 March.
After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.
May God bless America.
No matter what anyone says, but this family, the Goldsmith family turned out to be more loyal to Imran Khan than the whole Pakistan… Oh Khan Sahb, you left such honest and a loving family for people that never valued you💔

🚨 Latest & deeply alarming: Today, Bushra Bibi’s family met her in Adiala Jail. Imran Khan told her his eye is deteriorating—he still can’t see properly from it, with no improvement. He urgently demands immediate access to his personal physicians.
This injustice must end! I call on the international community, human rights organizations, & global media to raise your voice NOW. Imran Khan deserves proper medical care without delay.

Zorain Nizamani's article "It is Over" was removed from eTribune most likely for exposing the reality: DG ISPR's university visits are futile. The youth see through propaganda and are no longer easy to mislead or control.
Key Points of the Article:
▪️The older generation in power has lost the youth; Gen Z is no longer buying official narratives.
▪️Forced patriotism, speeches, and seminars cannot replace justice, opportunity, and basic rights.
▪️Young people clearly see corruption, inequality, and hypocrisy despite censorship and propaganda.
▪️Patriotism grows naturally when people have jobs, education, infrastructure, and dignity.
▪️Authorities rely on control, censorship, and moral lectures instead of fixing real problems.
▪️Gen Z thinks independently and uses alternative platforms beyond mainstream media.
▪️Censorship no longer works; young voices find new ways to be heard.
▪️Economic hardship, unaffordable housing, and lack of future have pushed youth to disengage.
▪️Many young people choose silence, exit, or withdrawal rather than fighting a rigged system.
▪️The gap between rulers and youth is deep and growing.
▪️Old methods of control have failed, the youth have moved on.

Ahmed Al Ahmed will be celebrated in history as the hero of #bondibeach a Muslim fruit shop owner who saved so many lives and took two bullets from the terrorists. The two butchers will be erased. It’s never about faith it has always been about good vs evil.
