@NetMeds is there some scam that you all are running? I placed an order, shared prescription through email and got acknowledgement as well. I am now being bombarded with calls from ‘doctors’ asking for medical details and customer care to take phone consultations.

@cromaretail BTW your customer care supervisor just now hung up the phone on me as he unable to address my issue. I can confirm that I didn’t abuse or raise my voice with him (you can hear the recording of the call at your end)

@cromaretail Zipcare another scam. As soon as engineer we have Zipcare, they don’t visit. I have service request open for last 9 days and no one ready to visit because I have extended warranty form Croma. Do I need to go to store and create a ruckus?

First Citizen Black membership is a scam. Despite paying the fees, the membership is not reflecting in my account. I am unable to utilize the discounts as well applicable for FC. What is the point of purchasing the membership. This is a complete fraud.

@DTDCIndia @DtdcindiaS Note that this was after connecting with you on DM and absolute inaction from your side. The courier was supposed to reach at our door on Friday 21st March as per your commitment. Not only did you fail on that but you didn’t even provide the service that I was charged for.

Super harassment by @DTDCIndia @DtdcindiaS Have couriered medicines for my aging parents, due on 22nd Mar. It has reached local branch & they are not ready to deliver home. Asking to pick from branch (despite me selecting door delivery). Customer support keeps asking for 24 hrs!

@DTDCIndia @DtdcindiaS She might have faced medical situation if she wouldn’t have got the medicines yesterday. This was despite me booking a door delivery well in advance so that they receive the medicines in time. 2/2

@SwiggyCares So I spoke to the customer care and it was a joke. See what they are sending me as a bill. They are accepting that what I asking for is legitimate but they cannot give me an invoice.

@porterit_ super disappointed with Porter. Terrible service. It’s an hour over the scheduled time & still no one is here. Customer care has no clue. Partner is saying they will take another 30 mins. Partner himself says that Porter is fraud as far as timings are concerned.
