I called your international customer care 4-5 times. Each time it was 12-15 mins call. And guess what all the talking I had for international calling by @reliancejio was eaten up by your customer service guys. I begged them to ask the tech team to call 2/3.

@JioCare It’s been 2 hrs. No one called. Was taking my number via DM was just a formality ?? This is getting frustrating now. Your guys at Jio store and Reliance Digital look poorly trained to handle the eSim queries. So as your enterprise customer care.

@JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I had requested for an eSim upgrade on Saturday post which my incoming and outgoing calls aren’t working. I emailed to enterprise email + visited Jio Store + Reliance Digital store. Still the calls aren’t working. Pls help it’s been 48hrs.

@JioCare Just shared my jio number and alternate number via DM. Request you to kindly ask the eSim technical expert to give me a call as your general call back team won’t be able to fix this.
