@airindia But while booking seat it showed seat no. 1C which instead should be 7C. I would have booked another seat in this case. I still think correct seat no. should be displayed everywhere.

Paid a premium for a Row 1 seat, but at the airport it turned out to be Row 7.

If the aircraft configuration changed, why wasn’t this updated during web check-in? This is clearly a seat downgrade while charging first-row prices. Not acceptable.
