@roadpoliceBCH You've gotten this across the line. Sadly the sentencing from the courts let's the process down. The justice given should be reflective of the damage done. Two people killed. Four people injured. The officers who dealt with the aftermath have been adversely affected.
The people of X. It's rare I post here but I feel that a piece I read on the intranet in work is worth a mention. There is a charity called @ComfortCases working to restore the dignity of children who are taken into the care system. It's a phenomenal idea and one that I will
Support where I can. People do still look out for each other, humanity may be at a cliff edge but it's charities like this that restore my faith in human kindness. Make some time to have a look @ComfortCases and thankyou for reading.
@MatG235@BigSmokeSheriff@SC__Dan Limitation to traffic staffing will ultimately mean overall reduction in service provision. Traffic needs a set skill list. I learned to ride because i wanted to go to traffic! Fir those staff who are wanting domething challenging there are other areas. Mo7 interceptor teams!
@BigSmokeSheriff@SC__Dan I think the overall system is tailored to traffic however this is sometimes missold to incoming staff, traffics core is around road and vehicle safety. There is an expectation to pass technical courses which are an essential skill but not so popular with new incoming staff.
