Real estate NFTs will far exceed the size of collectibles. Art is just the beta test and will prove how NFTs can remove so much friction in illiquid asset markets.

Mumbai
Reply to this tweet with art of any type depicting Mumbai. It does not need to be minted art.
Places, people, art of all types (including photography), all are OK for these. Show us the city through your eyes
Very long term, I do wonder sometimes if crypto is one massive last push of those who value sovereignty before that line of thinking is snuffed by authoritarianism on the rise, and the massive boom and cultural significance is borne out of a subtle desperation.
Wdyt?

I don’t think Bitcoin & other crypto assets are a macro hedge. Why? The asset class has never gone thru a global recession & looking at historical correlations is based on a limited data set. Same mistake housing experts did & then 2008 happened. So why is crypto interesting?
Just published TechnicalRoundup July #2
It discusses
The never-ending BTC range

My answer to the question of why “progressives” are regressive.
Our definition of progress depends on our primary goal.
Most “progressives” accept the goal of eliminating human impact on Earth.
My goal is advancing human flourishing on Earth.
Their progress is my regress.
