We've advocated for years about the need to increase green card numbers and eliminate #percountry limits. But we also need to make sure existing GC numbers aren't wasted. This year, we risk losing 100k numbers due to the challenge of processing that many applications in time.

I never know how to feel when I see people glorifying being a school dropout and still having success. Immigrating to the US and keeping my scholarship required having good grades. It got me a degree and it’s something I’m super proud of. Student Visa -> OPT -> H1-B -> Green Card

3/4 Challenge: Can we avoid building these snowbanks? As a tech worker, I think through a combination of GPS and equipment we can make our snowplows smarter. But I do not know all the minutiae. Were there attempts to address this challenge? If yes, what were the conclusions?
