Why didn't you show what i was replying to huh??
By the way, why aren't you addressing the fact that you repeatedly target Indian-American executives with misleading or unsupported claims? Instead of responding to the factual errors that have been pointed out, you keep shifting the argument and making broader accusations without evidence.
You're moving the goalposts.
The original claim was that Ravi Kumar "brought in 4,774 L-1 visas at Cognizant." That was false because those approvals predated his tenure as CEO.
Yes, Infosys and Cognizant have both been major users of H-1B and L-1 visas. That's public record. But being a large visa user is not proof of fraud, and working as an executive at a company that uses those visas is not evidence of personal wrongdoing.
As for the Franchitti case, a retaliation verdict doesn't automatically prove every underlying allegation, nor does it establish Ravi Kumar's personal involvement. If you're claiming a "visa scam continued under Ravi," the evidence needs to show that - not just that he worked at companies that used a lot of visas.
Facts matter. Conflating timelines, attributing actions to the wrong person, and treating allegations as proven facts only undermines the argument.
@nikitabier You may want to take a closer look at this handle @cutoffs_io. It appears to be repeatedly targeting prominent Indian-American executives using misleading or unsupported claims, while presenting allegations and assumptions as established facts.
None of these people belong in the U.S. They all moved into the same house — a house one of them bought for $700K according to property records. I don’t want to hear obnoxious foreigners who don’t speak English causing a raucous while I’m watering flowers. It actually smells bad when you walk by their house. Their culture is incompatible. They’re ruining the neighborhood. They have got to go back to their homeland.
Ok, so this pedo Elijah Schaffer has teamed up with Pakistani Grooming gangs and Groypers to specifically target Indian Americans in Texas. He wants to turn texas into the next hub of Pakistani ràpe gangs like Britain. Texans must push back against him.
