BRS Party likely to move the court over the pending permission for its proposed Yuva Sangrama Sabha at Saroornagar on Saturday.

The party has planned the Yuva Sangrama Sabha at Saroornagar Stadium on July 18 to highlight Congress government's failure to fulfil its promises on jobs and student welfare where BRS Working President KTR is scheduled to address the public meeting.

BRS Party has made extensive arrangements for the event and has called upon unemployed youth and students to attend in large numbers.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to Lay Foundation Stone for Amazon Data Centre on July 15 at Bharat Future City.

In January 2025, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy held key discussions with Amazon representatives and secured an in-principle commitment for a Rs 60,000 crore investment in Telangana. This is among the largest technology investments in the state’s history.

Subsequently, in December 2025, a framework agreement for the Rs 60,000 crore investment was signed with Amazon during the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025.

In this regard Amazon was allotted 202 acres in Bharat Future City and 98 acres in Chandanvelly.

The state has also extended incentives and concessions worth Rs 125 crore to the company.

Pradeep Constructions has emerged as the latest flashpoint in Telangana politics.

On one side, HYDRAA has issued notices and summoned stakeholders of Pradeep Constructions as part of its action.

On the other, the Opposition BRS Party has termed the move a case of political vendetta, questioning whether the rules will be applied only to Pradeep Constructions or uniformly to all constructions around Hussain Sagar, including areas such as MS Maktha where 1000's of people reside.

The issue is now set to trigger a larger political debate.

According to the sources, while Telangana government is reviewing its financial relationship with SBI following the controversy over the Raidurg land auction, the representatives of SBI have urged the Telangana government not to take any hasty decisions.

Sources say SBI has requested the state government not to sever financial ties with the bank, including withdrawal of government deposits.

The appeal comes as the Telangana government is considering filing complaint against SBI with the RBI and the Union Finance Ministry.

Upset with the State Bank of India’s (SBI) decision to move the Telangana High Court over the auction of a prime land parcel in Raidurg, the Telangana government is considering a review of its relationship with the public sector lender.

Sources said the government is weighing several options, including reviewing its banking engagements with SBI.

Among the measures under consideration are shifting deposits and government accounts to other banks.

Officials have begun compiling details of accounts maintained by various departments, deposits and transaction volumes handled through SBI across the state.

Due to non-payment of premium by the state government under the Rythu Bima scheme, the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has stopped processing claims.

The government is yet to pay Rs 441.23 crore towards premium to the LIC.

During the 1th Governing Council Meeting of Niti Aayog chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy moved a huge proposal for the development of Metropolitan cities in India.

He proposed the central government to invest Rs One lakh crore on each six metropolitan cities, including Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Bengaluru.

He requested to create "M6 Cities Taskforce" and invest Rs Six lakh crore on these cities.
