An empty DTC bus at 9 PM. Not because there are no passengers—hundreds were waiting at bus stops along the route. The driver simply wouldn't stop. Route 356STL Dwarka Cluster Depot 22 buses are notorious for this.
The only reason I managed to board was because, as I saw the driver not slowing down at my stop, so I pulled out my phone and started recording with flash. The driver immediately stopped.
For many Delhi residents, these are the everyday hurdles involved in something as basic as boarding a public bus, especially the old orange ones. Operator contracts need stricter infractions clauses for not stopping.

Hello,

I placed an order for a Godrej 1-ton air conditioner on 19 May 2026 via Flipkart (Order ID: OD437604278831491100), and the product was delivered on 27 May 2026. The installation was scheduled for 29 May 2026 through Flipkart’s authorized service partner, Jeeves.
During the installation process, due to the negligence of the service executive, the indoor unit of the AC fell before it could be properly mounted, resulting in complete damage to the unit. I promptly raised this issue with Flipkart, Jeeves, and Godrej.
Since the purchase was made through Flipkart and Jeeves is their authorized installation partner, I expect Flipkart to take ownership and resolve this matter. Additionally, I have Flipkart Trust Shield Policy, which assures issue resolution within 48 hours. However, it has now been a week now, and I have not received any resolution or satisfactory response.

I request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest.

It appears that customers are not entitled to know the reason for delays or the status of their requests, as companies can simply cite internal policies. Yet, when customers purchase policies to protect themselves, they are expected to comply with every requirement. It is frustrating that organizations seem to have all the rights to make excuses, while customers are left waiting without transparency.
