Customers should not suffer after paying hard-earned money. Expecting immediate action from Flipkart and DZab before this issue reaches consumer court. Kindly resolve the I am not asking return/replace need resolution.

Bought a DZab i7 desktop from Flipkart on July 18, 2025. Since day one, the output sound has never worked properly. I raised multiple complaints, spent ₹3,000 from my own pocket for a technician visit, and the technician clearly confirmed it’s an internal hardware issue.

Even after repeated follow-ups, the vendor is neither ready to send a technician nor willing to replace the defective product. This is absolute harassment and pathetic customer support.

Jeeves is Flipkart’s own installation partner, fully aware of safety standards. Yet they used cheap, low-quality fittings, causing the geyser to fall, damaging my tiles and entire washroom. This is not a small mistake—it is gross negligence and a direct risk to human life.

@Flipkart keeps wasting my time with calls without resolving the issue. I clearly asked them to take back the product and refund my money, but instead they keep delaying for “24 hours” or insulting me with a ₹500 voucher. This is harassment, not customer service.
