प्रसारित खबर ‘‘उत्तर प्रदेश की वोटर लिस्ट में 16.18 लाख रहस्यमयी वोटर जोड़े गयें हैं’’ के आरोप के संबंध में यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि उत्तर प्रदेश में विशेष प्रगाढ़ पुनरीक्षण-2026 का कार्य लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1950, निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण नियम 1960 और भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों के अनुसार पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ किया गया। खबर में लगाए गए आरोप तथ्यहीन तथा मिथ्या धारणाओं पर आधारित होने के कारण खारिज किये जाते हैं।
आरोप के संबंध में स्पष्ट करना है कि आलेख्य मतदाता सूची के प्रकाशन के दिनांक 06-01-2026 से पूर्व गणना चरण (दिनांक 27-10-2025 से 06-01-2026 तक) के दौरान बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों द्वारा घर-घर भ्रमण में गणना प्रपत्रों के साथ ही 16.18 लाख फॉर्म-6 (मतदाता सूची में नाम जोड़ने के लिए) एकत्रित किए गए थे। यह आवेदन उत्तर प्रदेश सहित अन्य राज्यों में विशेष प्रगाढ़ पुनरीक्षण आयोजित कराने हेतु भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा दिये गये निर्देश दिनांक 27-10-2025 के क्रम में एकत्रित किए गए थे। आयोग के निर्देशानुसार ऐसे पात्र नागरिक जिनके नाम दिनांक 27.10.2025 अर्थात प्रदेश में विशेष प्रगाढ़ पुनरीक्षण-2026 प्रारम्भ होने की तिथि को विद्यमान मतदाता सूची में सम्मिलित न होने के कारण उनके गणना प्रपत्र मुद्रित नहीं हो सके थे, ऐसे लगभग 16.18 लाख पात्र नागरिकों से बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों द्वारा गणना चरण के दौरान घर-घर भ्रमण के समय फार्म-6 वितरित करते हुए एकत्रित किये गये।
ऐसे नागरिकों के नाम छिपाने या प्रकाशित न करने के आरोप के संबंध में यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण नियम, 1960 और आयोग के निर्देशों के अनुसार केवल वही नाम (फार्म-6) जो दिनांक 06-01-2026 को आलेख्य मतदाता सूची के प्रकाशन के पश्चात दावा एवं आपत्ति अवधि में प्राप्त हुए थे, उनकी सूची (अर्थात फॉर्म-9) को मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, उत्तर प्रदेश की वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित किया गया था। इस प्रक्रिया में विधि, नियमों तथा आयोग के निर्देशों के किसी भी प्रावधान का उल्लंघन नहीं किया गया।
फॉर्म-6 स्वीकार किए जाने के प्रतिशत के संबंध में प्रसारित यह खबर बिना किसी तार्किक आधार के मात्र मनमानी कल्पना पर आधारित है। फॉर्म को स्वीकार करने के लिए किसी खास प्रतिशत का पालन करने का कोई निश्चित फ़ॉर्मूला अथवा तर्क नहीं है। नियमानुसार विहित प्रक्रिया का पालन करने के पश्चात ही फॉर्म-6 स्वीकार किया जाता है।
पुनः स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि उत्तर प्रदेश में विशेष प्रगाढ़ पुनरीक्षण-2026 का कार्य विधि के अनुसार, पारदर्शी और सहभागी रूप से सभी राजनैतिक दलों की सक्रिय भागीदारी के साथ सम्पन्न कराया गया। उत्तर प्रदेश में विशेष प्रगाढ़ पुनरीक्षण के संबंध में अभी तक किसी भी राजनैतिक दल अथवा व्यक्ति द्वारा इस प्रकार का कोई आरोप नहीं लगाया गया है।
