Who calls the shots in the I & B Ministry ? Are there guidelines for what will and will not be allowed ?

A Pakistani film Maula Jatt is slated for release in India. WHY ? HOW ? Besides the fact that this is a film from a country that has caused the death of lakhs of Indians (between civilians and soldiers), one of the lead actors is a guy who is a vocal supporter of Hafiz Sayed - the evil mind behind 26/11.

At the same time a film Emergency by an Indian citizen @KanganaTeam is on hold.

The actions of the Censor Board raise a LOT of questions. The I & B Ministry has a lot to reflect on and answer for.

Your predecessor Anurag Thakur @ianuragthakur too did nothing proactively that protected the interests of India and Sanatan dharma. They took meek action after public outrage on Adipurush . Did nothing wrt Oppenheimer.

There is a lot to be said on how the Ministry is hacking at the future of India by the criminal apathy and passivity towards porn in OTT. That is a topic for another mail.

The functioning of the Censor Board is UNACCEPTABLE and goes against the interests of India. Heads need to roll in the Censor Board from top to bottom. There must be public accountability where those who pass such films are liable to the equivalent of a court martial.

At least then, postings to the Censor Board won’t be to socialites , people with no skills or bandwidth to evaluate films or to those who are busy on their mobile while watching a film. This is a serious role to be done by people who have the expertise , spine , patriotism and time to devote to it.

Every month, we are losing soldiers / civilians in J&K. Here, a body under your ministry is merrily allowing Pakistani films to be released in India ?

For 6 months , members of the Censor Board who cleared this Pakistani film and members of your ministry need to be deployed at the border to serve as support staff to the soldiers who put their lives at risk for an ungrateful nation. These people need to be deployed in operations to understand what it takes to keep India free and safe.

This Pakistani film needs to be STOPPED from being released in India. All Pakistani films/ documentaries/ serials must be stopped from being available in Indian theaters , channels, and OTT.

Why is this happening with such alarming regularity ? Is it not evident that these actions will pose law and order problems ?
