In Train No. 12863, a passenger did not receive food on time from the pantry car…
👉 But how is the AC Coach Attendant responsible for that?
❗ Without any memo or proper inquiry,

🚨 2 महीने से वेतन नहीं — जिम्मेदार कौन? 🚨
संतरागाछी कोचिंग डिपो के हजारों ठेका श्रमिक आज भी फरवरी से बिना वेतन काम कर रहे हैं।
👉 2500+ मजदूर 2 महीने से वेतन के बिना
👉 परिवार चलाना मुश्किल
👉 हालात बेहद खराब
सबसे बड़ा सवाल:
जब रेलवे की व्यवस्था सुचारू रूप से चल रही है, तो मजदूरों का 2 महीने का वेतन क्यों रोका गया?

Holi is just 2 days away, yet contractual workers engaged in Railways Hwh DIV TKP / KGP Division, Santragachi Coaching , Train Lighting , Coach Attendants, OBHS, have not received their wages for the last 2 months.
Contractors say payments are pending because funds have not been released by Railways.
At the same time, regular Railway employees are getting their salaries on time.
What kind of justice is this?
The Constitution does not permit such discrimination.
Workers are only asking for their rightful wages — not charity.
We urge the concerned authorities to take immediate action and release the pending payments.

होली से पूर्व भी Contractors Staff का वेतन अब तक लंबित है, जबकि आज २७ दिन हो गया रेलवे के नियमित कर्मचारियों का वेतन जारी हो चुका है।
जब उनके लिए फंड उपलब्ध है, तो ठेका श्रमिकों के लिए क्यों नहीं?
यह दोहरा व्यवहार अस्वीकार्य है।
हम मांग करते हैं कि सभी ठेका श्रमिकों का वेतन तत्काल जारी किया जाए, ताकि वे भी सम्मानपूर्वक अपने परिवार के साथ होली मना सकें।

ठेकेदार का कहना है कि “रेलवे बोर्ड @IR_CRB से फंड जारी नहीं हुआ, इसलिए बिल पास नहीं हो रहा।”
पर सवाल है — क्या रेलवे में 24 घंटे रनिंग ट्रेन में सेवा देने वाले मजदूरों का कोई मूल्य नहीं?
क्या उनका पसीना फंड पर निर्भर करेगा?
अगले सप्ताह हमारे सनातन समाज का सबसे बड़ा पर्व होली है।
होली हर हिंदू मजदूर के लिए वर्ष का सबसे बड़ा उत्सव है — पर जिन हाथों ने यात्रियों की सेवा की, उन्हीं हाथों में आज अपने बच्चों के लिए रंग और मिठाई खरीदने के पैसे नहीं हैं।
मंत्रालय के नियम के अनुसार 7 तारीख तक वेतन मिलना चाहिए, पर आज 25 तारीख हो चुकी है।
यह केवल देरी नहीं, बल्कि मेहनतकश परिवारों के साथ अन्याय है।
माननीय @narendramodi प्रधानमंत्री जी, माननीय रेल मंत्री @AshwiniVaishnaw जी एवं माननीय श्रम मंत्री @mansukhmandviya जी से करबद्ध निवेदन है कि तत्काल हस्तक्षेप कर मजदूरों का बकाया वेतन दिलवाया जाए।

भारतीय रेल देश का सबसे बड़ा नियोक्ता है, लेकिन नए Labour Codes को लेकर रेलवे प्रशासन की तरफ से आज तक कोई ठोस जागरूकता अभियान नहीं चलाया गया। जब देशभर में श्रमिकों के हित में ऐतिहासिक सुधार लागू हो रहे हैं, तब रेलवे जैसे विशाल विभाग का चुप रहना कई गंभीर सवाल खड़े करता है।
PMO से निवेदन है कि इस मामले में तुरंत संज्ञान लेकर सभी ज़ोन/डिवीज़नों को श्रमिकों के हित में जागरूकता व अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दें।

A serious issue has been reported in Train 12837 (Howrah–Puri Express) Puri under East Coast Railway.
On reaching Puri, the on-duty AC Coach Attendants, OBHS staff, AC Mechanics and DJ Operators are being forced to get down from the train without any valid reason, reportedly on the verbal instruction of the RPF OC.
For the last 20 years, staff have always stayed inside the train at Puri because:
• Railway bedroll material and valuable items remain on board,
• In case of any loss, RPF questions the Attendants first.
If that is the case, why are they suddenly not allowed to stay on the train?
From 7 AM to 7 PM, staff are made to wait outside with no rest room, no facility, nothing provided by Railways.
At 8:15 PM, the same staff must work on the return journey to Howrah—
How can anyone work the whole night without proper rest?
Is this safe? Is this humane?
Requesting East Coast Railway and higher authorities to urgently investigate this matter, stop such verbal orders, and ensure proper rest facilities for on-duty staff.
Railway workers serve with dedication — they must not be harassed.

I working as Acca Coch attendant at the Railway Santragachi Coaching Depot. But here SSC says that police verification must be submitted after every six months.I submitted police verification when I joined the job. Why Should I submit police verification after every 6 months?
