@AdeParimal@nsitharaman It will remain 20% tax on LTCG and 15% tax on STCG. Don't worry.
Also, there is no relation of capital gain tax with advance tax, Don't know why are you comparing these both, who told u ?
Tested Binance Defi Wallet. For EVDC Token to appear,

Try it! (I recommend using a test wallet address first)
DO NOT SHARE YOUR WALLET ADDRESS TO ANYONE! NEVER!
@Akshat_World Its impossible. LTCG taxed @ 20% and STCG are taxed @ 15% . If they increase it to 30% then there will no difference between investor and trader. For trader, the same are taxed as per their slab rates and mostly comes under 30% n above bracket.
Think twice before posting akshat.

One of the most common questions people ask me is how I get so much in 24 hours.
I didn't notice how much work I was getting done until someone pointed that out for me.
Well, I follow some rules that help me stay on track.
Use them and let me know if they work!

@cryptoady Hope you might have gain some knwledge of tax before tweeting this. Even international CEX have to deposit tds to govt. They have to either establish PE or appoint AR in india to deduct TDS for that purpose.
@ThatNaimish Also for DEX, in exchange of BNB/ETH you receive cryptos listed on DEX. Now, tds should be there whenever you trf BNB/ETH from CEX to your cold wallet (TWT, metamask) n vice-e-versa. Liab would be of CEX to deduct tds. On filing return person can claim tds.
@ThatNaimish 1% TDS is on turnover, lets say you exchange one crypto for an another crypto, TDS will be on exchange value of crypto.
Keeping it very simple - when you trade whatever on CEX, fees is levied by exchange, in addition to fees, 1% tax also be levied on crypto sold/exchanged.
@rid2hi First of all see whether it is a capital assest u/s 2(14) then see whether it is a transfer u/s 47 - For CG
For OS - see whether it cover under shares and securities, then check if w/o consideration and FMV > 50k, then taxable.
